Case Study No 1: Free line rental -Cirrus Ltd.
Cirrus Ltd, a small Dublin based call centre wanted to order extra lines as their business was growing rapidly. Because of exchange capacity constraints in their area, no extra lines were available. TNO carried out a site visit and quickly established that the system could accomodate 4 extra analogue lines. By connecting a 4 port analogue VoIP gateway to the existing system and using the customers existing DSL data circuit, TNO were able to provide an additional 4 channels for outbound calls, without the customer having to pay any additional line rental. It addition to this the customer was delighted to learn that most of hisVoIP calls would be delivered at less than half the price of his existing provider.

Dublin Garages Ltd, a leading Dublin Ford main dealer with three sites in the greater Dublin area, wanted to rewiew their existing phone systems and existing private leased line network without compriminsing existing call facilities, as they were adding a new site. TNO were able to offer two solutions, the first based on the introduction of VOIP gateways to their existing PBXs, which would create a managed DSL based network and would obviate the need for expensive leased lines. The second solution was to install a new main PBX at the new site and hang IP keysets off this at their other sites using low cost DSL circuits.
